CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS

  • 1. Students are informed to come in proper uniform on all working days.

  • 2. Students should follow punctuality and regularity in attending the general assembly and classes.

  • 3. Students are restricted to leave the campus during college hours.

  • 4. Students are informed to maintain silence and make use of library resources without any destruction.

  • 5. Students are informed to follow the instructions strictly during tests/examinations.

  • 6. Students are penalized when they violate the rules and regulation of the institution.

  • 7. Students shall maintain the dignity and promote harmonious relationship with everyone in the campus.

  • 8. Co-ordination and co-operation of students with their peer and faculty members helps in successful organization of programs and events.

 
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

  • 1.Staff always maintains the values of professional ethics

  • 2.  All the staff members maintain harmonious relation with their colleagues

  • 3. Faculties work compatibly irrespective of position, gender or status with the institutional hierarchy.

  • 4. Staff members maintain confidentiality in conducting examinations.

  • 5. They take pride in their profession and maintain the respect and dignity.

  • 6. Faculties maintain the institutional practices which would satisfy the vision and mission of the institution.

  • 7. Maintains confidentiality of information about the institution.

  • 8. Staff members shall take appropriate action for the act of misconduct of the students.

  • 9. Every staff member would carry out their responsibilities assigned proving themselves best out of it.

PROFESSOR/ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS

  • 1. Providing training to the junior faculty members.

  • 2. Creating favorable research environment for the research and development activities.

  • 3. Guiding and monitoring the staff members for writing books and publication of research papers.

  • 4. Guidance for the post graduate students to prepare the research proposals.

  • 5. Contribution of research work and other responsibilities for the upliftment of the institution

  • 6. To co-ordinate and review the IQAC, AQAR, SSR and NAAC related activities.

  • 7. Organizing seminars, workshops and conference with the co-operation of resources persons for the welfare of the B.Ed. and M.Ed. students.

  • 8. Development of resource materials for the process of hands-on training.

 
PRINCIPAL/ADMINISTRATORS

  • 1. Responsible for the regulation of academic and general administration

  • 2. Monitoring and implementing the procedures for the successful function of the institution.

  • 3. Supervising the regularity and discipline of administration and academic faculty members.

  • 4. Monitoring all the works of non-teaching staff regarding admission procedures, fees collection, salary payments, accounts, auditing, etc.

  • 5. Maintaining all the infrastructure facilities, such as furniture for classroom, laboratory equipment’s, transport facilities, pure drinking water, etc.

  • 6. Maintain cordial relations with management, faculties, students and parents.

  • 7. Immediate response given for all the communication received from TNTEU.

  • 8. Planning and execution of all the activities regarding NCTE, IQAC, AQAR, SSR and other important agencies of education.
